December 1:
- Deadline for September (Fall) admission & financial aid applications.
- Prescreening recordings due for those majors which require them.
- Transcripts due.
- TOEFL score reports due for Conducting applicants (only) who are not native speakers of English.
December 15: Recommendation letters due.
February 1: Video audition recordings due from applicants not performing a live audition.
February 15: Filing deadline for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Only required for U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
February through early March: Live auditions at NEC (see Audition Schedule)
March 1: Original TOEFL score reports due.
Only required for applicants who are not native speakers of English.
Conducting applicants must observe Dec. 1 deadline (see above).
End of March: Admission decision letters are sent
April 15: Graduate student response deadline
May 1: Undergraduate student response deadline
