Auditions for Fall 2013 admission

Audition AmbassadorsNote: NEC's general policy is to hold auditions even in inclement weather, and even if classes, rehearsals and performances have been cancelled.

Audition Ambassadors are here to help you during your visit to NEC. Look for the students in the bright orange t-shirts.

Audition dates listed on this page are for applicants seeking admission in the fall of 2013. For those majors with more than one scheduled audition date, applicants are given the opportunity to indicate their date preference in the application for admission. While we try to schedule applicants for their preferred dates, we are unable to do so in all cases due to space limitations. Therefore, applicants should not make travel arrangements until their audition date is confirmed in writing via email by the Office of Admission. All audition dates are subject to change and/or cancellation due to faculty availability.

Applicants interested in applying for spring admission should contact the Office of Admission to determine whether we will be accepting applications in their department. We accept a limited number of applications for spring admission based on studio availability and consider applications on a case-by-case basis.
