New England Conservatory's Jordan Hall provides an intimate and versatile setting for a wide variety of presentations. Orchestras, chamber ensembles, recitalists, and jazz artists alike have found the hall ideal for performances and recording sessions.

Initiating a Rental Request
Rental dates in Jordan Hall are currently scheduled 18 months in advance. In other words, date requests for 2014–2015 will be accepted starting April 2013 and contracts send out in June 2013.
Please note that even though the bulk of our rental booking for 2013-2014 has already been done, we will continue accepting rental date requests throughout the year.
All rental date requests should be submitted via e-mail to Melissa Schoenack, Scheduling Manager.
Requests should include the following:
- Name of Group
- Booking Contact Name, mailing address, e-mail, phone and fax numbers
- Preferred date(s) and alternates, as well as desired rehearsal time(s)
- Event Start and End time
- Information about the nature of the event
(approximate number of performers is helpful, as well as a general idea of anticipated equipment needs such as stage extension and/or risers, if known) - Special Notes
- Support Spaces needed (i.e. dressing rooms)
NEC’s smaller halls (Brown, Williams, Keller, and Pierce) are available for rental events on a limited basis when school is not is session. For details, please contact Melissa Schoenack, Scheduling Manager, by e-mail or by phone at 617-585-1268.
Please note that all rental events must be music-related. We do not accept rental requests for general meetings, conferences, private parties, weddings or any other event that is not primarily focused around a musical performance.
