Once you have been placed in a Prep activity or activities, your next step will be to reserve your place by registering and paying an initial deposit, or the full tuition amount. All registrations and payments are processed in our student information system ActiveNet, which is a separate site from the Parent/Guardian Application Portal. You may create or log into ActiveNet below:
Log into an existing ActiveNet account
Like the Parent/Guardian Application Portal, parents/guardians should create their ActiveNet account using their own name and biographical information. Once your account is created, you may add your children to your profile by going to “My Account” and clicking “Manage family member.”
With your account complete and your children added to your account, you may register for your child’s activities by visiting the link in your placement letter, or by clicking on “Courses” and searching for the appropriate course.
Only register for activities your child has been placed in. Students may not participate in any activity they have not been placed in.
Select the activity you need to register for, and, on the course main page, click “Enroll Now.” Follow the subsequent instructions, and answer any questions when prompted to. Once you have added the course to your cart, you may check out and pay, or you may click “Courses” to add additional courses to your cart.
