For NBC's "Making a Difference" feature, correspondent Chelsea Clinton profiled a graduate of New England Conservatory's Sistema Fellows program, David France. France has launched the Revolution of Hope program in Boston's Roxbury neighborhood, where he gives young people their first access to string instruments and instrumental instruction.
In this segment, Chelsea Clinton interviews NEC President Tony Woodcock and members of the Roxbury community who have helped David France get his program off the ground.
