Enjoy an evening of scenes in the intimate setting of NEC's Plimpton Shattuck Black Box Theatre. These concerts display the work that goes on daily in NEC's opera program, as faculty prepare student singers for performing careers.

Tonight's repertory includes a scene from Gilrod and Rumshinsky’s Yiddish operetta, Di Goldene Kale (The Golden Bride), a collaboration with NEC's Contemporary Musical Arts department.  Also on the program are scenes from operas of Britten, Cavalli, Mozart, Puccini, and Rossini.

All scenes are directed by Joshua Major unless otherwise noted.
