Boston Festival Orchestra Presents: Promenade

The Boston Festival Orchestra collaborates with two phenomenal guest artists in Promenade. BFO Principal Harpist Krysten Keches takes the spotlight in Debussy’s Dances for Harp and String Orchestra, and the BFO presents its first ever commissioned work with music by local composer, Arson Fahim, who draws from folk dance of his home country, Afghanistan. The grand finale, Mendelssohn’s Symphony No. 3, sweeps us off our feet and takes us to the timeless, picturesque landscapes of Scotland. Don’t miss out on this imaginative program, and the chance to hear a world premiere!
