Recital: Lillian Yim '24, Cello
NEC's students meet one-on-one each week with a faculty artist to perfect their craft. As each one leaves NEC to make their mark in the performance world, they present a full, professional recital that is free and open to the public. It's your first look at the artists of tomorrow.
Lillian Yim '24 BM studies Cello with Yeesun Kim and is the recipient of the Cornelia Lombard Scholarship and a scholarship made possible by the Myung-Soon (Margaret) Lee '69 Scholarship Fund.
This is an in-person event with a private stream available to the NEC community here: https://necmusic.edu/live

Thank you to Professor Yeesun Kim, my mentor and teacher for the past four years! I would not be the cellist and musician I am today without your wisdom, kindness, and encouragement.
Thank you to my parents who have sacrificed so much for me and have supported me every step of the way. I am so grateful for your love and support!
And of course, thank you to my incredible friends for listening to all my run-throughs, going on long walks around Boston with me, and for helping me make the most amazing memories. My time at NEC has been so special because of you guys, and I will miss you all!
