Stephanie Economou ’12 Composes Score for New Netflix Series
Composition alumna Stephanie Economou ’12 has been busy on the interview circuit, discussing her creative process as composer for the Netflix original series Jupiter’s Legacy, a superhero story starring Josh Duhamel and based on the graphic novel by writer Mark Millar and artist Frank Quitely. The series launched on May 7, 2021.

Today’s Google Doodle celebrates the 145th birthday Zitkala-Ša, a writer, musician, teacher, composer, suffragist, and member of the Yankton Sioux Tribe of South Dakota (Ihanktonwan Dakota Oyate or “People of the End Village”), who studied at New England Conservatory from 1897 – 1899.
